COBS Rafting 1
CourseThis is an entry level training required to work all river courses. It covers campcraft, group management on moving water, paddle raft management, and river specific skills needed to manage group safely (and fun!).

COBS Belay Pod
CourseThis focuses on skills needed to supervise a belaying at the base of a climbing site (ex. belay successfully, instruct students to belay, and, tips and tricks for supervising groups of people who might have just learned to belay, and reflecting).

CourseDesigned for new staff, new Leadership Team members, or anyone wanting a foundational understanding of COBS. E&L1 dives into our Educational Framework and methods, Proactive Crew Management, Leadership, Safety Management, & Responsive Student Mgmt.

CourseTo take the 1-day Canoe Training, you must have completed Rafting 1 Training. To take the 5-day, you must have completed E&L1 and Backpacking.
