At Outward Bound we recognize that sometimes it matters how learning experiences build on each other. Therefore, we've created some progressions for you. Hopefully these will help you gain knowledge and learn some skills faster and then be able to apply them sooner.

Change Management
Things change. Sometimes it's because we drive that change, and at other times it's because that change drives us. Either way, we must respond, and there successful patterns to how we manage change.
DEI Learning Pathway
This progression consists of five courses. It is required for all new staff or anyone returning to Outward Bound after a hiatus. This series builds common language and understanding around key OB diversity, equity, & inclusion concepts.
