Learning Pathway

DEI Learning Pathway

While any of these courses could be done independently, we've put them in an ideal order. They build on each other to increase your awareness and competency.

Here's what you'll learn:

Basic concepts of Belonging as it pertains to living at one of Outward Bound's base camps or working in the OB community.
How to identify and mitigate our bias.
How to develop perspective and skills around cultural competence.
How to Eat and Elephant! Just kidding. This one is particularly good. Enjoy.
