    Nope. I won't make any difference because everyone's as careful as they think they need to be.

  • Can I solve all safety issues with more safety training?

    Nope. There's only so much training time, and it can't all be safety

  • Why do staff sometimes not do what I told them to do?

    Because they work in a dynamic environment and what you told them didn't anticipate every situation.
