This is the introduction to the Outward Bound Outcomes Survey (OBOS) Generator for both paper and electronic surveys.

Outward Bound USA Theory of Change (Short)

This training is intended for participants who need to be informed but not necessarily interact with the Theory of Change often; for example, program leadership or an admissions team.

The Outward Bound USA Theory of Change

This is a longer introduction to the Theory of Change. The intended audience is field staff and those who will interact with the Theory of Change on a regular basis.

Understanding Belonging

Belonging: it's our strength with students. It's also necessary at our basecamps. This course introduces some basic concepts of Belonging, including why it matters, its creation, and some barriers to it in the OB workplace.

Elyse Rylander, OBUSA's Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, covers the topic of bias in our workplace at Outward Bound. This is an overview of concepts along with some action planning for mitigating the very human reality that we are biased.
